Old Dominion Athletics Hires Ticket Sales Partner

TSU to Manage Outbound Ticket Sales Efforts

DALLAS, TX – Taymar Sales U. and Old Dominion University have signed a multi-year agreement for the company to manage outbound ticket sales for the Monarch athletics program. ODU becomes the first school from Conference USA to align with the young company which already represents partners in the SEC, Southern Conference, Sun Belt, MAC and Big South.

Though our country is still suffering greatly from the pandemic, the development of the vaccine programs gives us real reason to hope and plan for a 2021-22 college athletics year that welcomes fans back to experience collegiate sports events.”

We must act now and begin the marketing and sales process to allow us to return diehard Monarch fans cheering ODU to victory and national prominence. That process begins now with an industry leader in ticket sales such as Taymar.”

“This is the first new client we’ve signed since the pandemic began last spring,” said Dyer. “That’s significant for a couple of reasons. One, it shows schools are becoming more aggressive in connecting with current and new fans for the 2021-22 college athletics year. Second, the job we did pre-pandemic and during the pandemic for our current schools has been acknowledged and communicated to schools like Old Dominion.”
