GENERAL MANAGER OF TICKET SALES

Matt Menard joined Taymar Sales U. with the DePaul Athletics property in September of 2022 as the Director of Ticket Sales and Service. Throughout his time at DePaul, Taymar Sales U. has been able to expand the partnership and assist DePaul Athletics to raise revenues for all sports.

Menard spent the previous five years working with respective NFL and the MLS clubs in Houston, Texas managing Group Sales Teams where he was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the group sales team. During his time in Houston, he assisted in creating new fan experiences and programs for the clubs.

Prior to his time in Houston, Menard worked in Ohio with the Cincinnati Reds, selling all products, with a focus on group sales. Menard moved to Columbus to work with the Blue Jackets, where he piloted efforts to engage, grow, and retain relationships with The Ohio State University and surrounding colleges and universities to grow attendance.

Menard is a Kentucky native and University of Kentucky graduate. Before attending UK, he played a year of college baseball at Notre Dame College of Ohio.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Sebastian Nuñez joined Taymar Sales U. with the DePaul Athletics property in July of 2023 as an Account Executive.  

He is a Chicago native, born and raised in the Northside. Sebastian received his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University before going on to earn his Master of Science in Recreation, Sport & Tourism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Prior to joining the Blue Demons, Nuñez worked for the Beloit Sky Carp and Sioux Falls Canaries as an sales executive. In the 2021 season, Sebastian began his sports career with the Chicago Dogs as a ticket sales intern.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, working out, playing videos games, and walking his yorkie terrier named Benny.
