Arkansas State Signs with Taymar Sales U.
JONESBORO, AR - The Arkansas State Athletics Department and Taymar Sales U. have signed a multiyear agreement for the firm to handle outbound ticket sales for the Red Wolves athletics program.
“Our athletics department is excited to partner with Taymar Sales U.,” said Arkansas State Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Tom Bowen. “Mark Dyer has been a leader in the college sports marketing industry for decades, and we have total confidence in him and his team’s ability to make an immediate impact with our ticket sales and fan base overall.”
Arkansas State is the third school from the Sun Belt Conference to hire Taymar, joining Georgia State and Georgia Southern.
“We’ve been pursuing Arkansas State for some time,” said Taymar Founder/CEO Mark Dyer. “This is a very exciting time for Red Wolves Athletics with Butch Jones about to start his first season as head football coach and Tom Bowen assuming the reins of the overall program.
“Pound for pound, the Sun Belt is one of the top conferences in the nation and everyone knows about the great facilities in Jonesboro and the growing economy of northeast Arkansas,” Dyer added. “We are anxious to get started and reach out to Red Wolves Nation as the football season approaches.”
Taymar has recruited Ian Benner, an alumnus of the school, to be its leader on the Jonesboro campus. Ian has a sales background that includes minor league baseball and racing.
